NAV 2009 Business Analytics

I'm running the configurator from the NAV 2009 classic client. When I get to the step where it creates SSIS package it fails. The detailed error is

"Connect to SSIS service on machine "localhost" failed. Error loading type library DLL"

I checked and the SSIS service is running. Any idea on how to troubleshoot this? I'm on Vista 64 Bit with SQL Server 2005 SP3 Dev Edition.

    Hi
    Download the latest BA configurator & other related folder.
    & then try to run it again.
