US VAT

Apparently there is growing support for it from some areas.

The reason I bring this up here - all the software products that compete with NAV in the US marketspace strongly that are tailored FOR the US Marketplace, especially sales tax. NAV, having grown out of Europe, would come out swinging as a fantastic solution (more so) if a VAT system is put in place.

(This is not support for or against VAT by itself, just sharing on the basis of how it might impact our industry.)

Would make for an interesting time for GP folks.
