Hi there - anybody has experience regarding to subject? Is navision natively supports barcode readers? I know that there is some Automated Data Capture granule but dont know how it is working.

The question is very vague - the manuals cover the general stuff.
ADCS will allow you build a stock take routine to run on any device that supports VT emulation.
