Forms with multiple filters

In the former versions of navision it was possible to have multiple filters on one form.
This way one form could be used for displaying different info.
For example one form could be used both for viewing the active employees and the inactive employees.
How do I do that in NAV 20009?
I should have to menu items that use the same form, but with different filter.
