Data items not showing in Visual Studio

Hi,

I created a simple report with 3 data items (Customer, Sales Line (indented), Vendor) and a few text boxes in the sections.

When I use the Transformation Tool (Tools - Create Layout Suggestion) I can see the Customer text boxes in the Visual Studio design (.rdlc), but there are no textboxes for Sales Line and Vendor.

When I close Visual Studio and go back to Navision, the DataSetFieldName property is populated in all Section textboxes, so it looks like Visual Studio is processing them, but not displaying them. How can I see all the text boxes in Visual Studio design?
