Decimal places set up

Hi All

Can you explain where i can specify how to set decimal places as i am trying to keep unit price and line amount as 5 decimal places and i tried setting up Unit price decimal places as 2:5 in GLSetup and sometimes i am trying to set this in currency form but no luck , can u guide me exactly how to setup correctly.

Hi,

You need to set your rounding precision as well as the decimal places. e.g. if decimal places is 2:5 and rounding precision is 0.01 then the decimal will round to 2 decimal places. So for decimal places 2:5 use a rounting precision of 0.00001

Hi,

The GL Setup first and then currency if using conversions. Try it in a test envoirnment - but 5 decimal on line amount may lead to rounding issues.
