Hi,
Can v change the email-id from which we associated our mibuso account initially ? I cudnt see option, if there is any available.

I'm not quite sure about what you mean with E-mail id.
You can not change your username - but you can change the corresponding E-mail address.
This is done here:
User Control Panel --> Under Options, Select Profile --> Edit account settings
