Navision ICVerify not working after virtualization

Hello all,
We recently virtualized our terminal server (which holds Navsion 4.01 sp3 and ICVerify). Following the virtualization our credit card authorizations time out, the system cannot communicate w/the credit card company. Navision is working well otherwise.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so what was the solution? Any help is greatly appreciated.
