Testing Location :
If any item is sent outside the premises for laboratory test without payment of excise duty then a user needs to keep track whether the sent goods have returned or not.

Export or deemed Export :

whether the goods received at this location would be flagged as export or deemed-export.
In the settlement process the Input Tax on such purchases are eligible for immediate refund in the same tax period.
The system copies this Boolean field in Detailed Tax Entry.

For the Testing Location:

Create a new Location (like a testing location) use the transfer orders to transfer the items.
