Employee portal lookup error

I have created a web part for purchaase order. when i am selecting the vendor no i am getting the following error
"Cannot proceed with lookup processing. The field mapping could be missing. (10046) "
can anybody tell me what 's the problem. ](*,)

Check the fields Lokkup from EP Wp table card.Select the menu button in that there is select the lookup,then select the lookup there is u will get the field mapping.0
