Track posted and unposted

What might be other alternatives to track records of posted and unposted datas in navision. For posted as far as i know it can be done through registers and through navigation. For unposted it is very difficult coz we need to go to each and every window like cash receipt payment receipt. SO is there any option to track the records from one place for both posted and unposted datas

For sales documents, NAV has an archive function that tracks all the orders that has been posted or manually archived.
