Export To Excel over more than one Sheet!!!

Hi Experts,
I know you all come across this topic many times before, but after searching forum and reading so many posts i m still not very clear about to have multiple sheets while exporting data to excel.
Do i need to create a function same as CreateSheet in the excel buffer table. If yes than how to export data from a section of the report to this new sheet(say Sheet 2, Sheet 1 already has some data from previous sections of report).
Can someone please explain this who have tried before.
