Business Notification - Mail sending problem

Hi,
I have installed business notification server & client on same machine. From that machine, all the notification as per scheme are generated & same are send to the receipients defined in the scheme.
But if i want to try the same thing on some other machine, then no notification are generated as a result no mail are send to the receipeints.
Can any one tell what could be possible solution to this problem.
