Can we have MBS-Navision 4 beta version available on DVD-ROM?

No, the beta version can not (read: may not) be distributed.

I know of more than 2 partners (names withheld for obvious reasons) - that already have copies of it ? Does this mean that those are illegal copies ? Or can MS distribute to partners of theirs ? The countries in question are New Zealand and the UK.

MS South Africa is not will to give it to us ? Is there an official MS policy on this ?

MBS can supply the partners with copies of MBS-Navision 4.00 beta 2. But it is apparently the local MBS company that decides if this is going to happen or not.
