I also forgot to mention that Kamil is still in Belgium, so if anyone else wants to answer some questions, now is the time.

Maybe at the USA Mibuso conference - any suggestion for a hub that is easy to get to from anywhere and has good airfares in the USA and Canada?

I know Dallas, Texas is easy to get to.

New York and Atlanta are generally the best for connections, especially if you take in to account some European visitors.

But in general (although the connections are not as good), if you were to do an event like this the best location is probably Las Vegas. Lots of very good venues.

    Las Vegas?
Hm ... you might end up with a lot of registered people, but only a few attendees ...

How many people attended the conference?

Did you track how many were end-users and how many were reseller/ISV?

Not sure how many, but it was a huge turnout. I did not expect so many people to be there.
