Hi,

I have a licence problem. we have our own development Licence.I have created the database through SQL server option and i have imported our development licence into that database.
When i open again the database it get attached to the CRONUS file licence due to this i can't able to connect to the RTC also.
I have checked in the following paths:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\Classic
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\RoleTailored Client
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\Database
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\Service

In the classic folder i have replaced my development licence instead of CRONUS licence. Eventhough the problem still rises????

Can anyone help me out????????
Jai

    1) Yes, UPLOAD the license is correct way.
    2) Do not replace the cronus.flf with your license
    3) You do not need to do IMPORT of the license, it will place the license only locally and it is not needed if you are end-user

Is there a way to "Change Licence" or "Import Licence" when using the RTC?

I know that I can "Upload Licence" in the Classic SQL client, and all users who connect to the database (in Classic or RTC) will then use the uploaded licence. But suppose I want to test a different licence without affecting other users - how can I do this?

And by the way, how can I log in as user ABC, then user DEF, etc.?
It seems that the RTC automatically does a Windows login, and there's no concept of "Database Logins" (which can be quite useful, say, for testing different roles).
