You donot have permission to insert in the object metadata

I need to create a new Database of Navision 2009 in SQL Server.But when i am creating the database i am getting the Error Like this,

You donot have permission to insert in to the object metadata table

Please let what is the issue ??

give all da permisions to the user through which you have logged in SQL
