Windows Login is not created in SQL

Hi at all,
I have a problem with occuring new users when I built them by using F3 in the NAV 4.03 Database. The Windows-Logins are created succesfully in NAV and don't occur in the SQL-Server. The Users have to be created manually again in the Management Studio. What is the fault?
