Maximized on open acting weird for dropdowns in grids

Hi,
I have a problem when i run a client version 3.70B, and i have a form with MaximizedonRun property set to true, on that form i have a grid where some fields i can drill down but the button to drill doesn't appear. Adding to this if i minimize NAV(client) and Maximize it again it's then fine, it's like a refresh problem.
If i run the client 4.0 SP3, same objects and under the same conditions everything works fine.
Does anybody know any workaround this problem?
