Could someone tell me what custom objects you receive when you purchase an AM License. ie 10 Tables, 100 Forms, 100 Codeunits, etc. Or nothing at all.

AM license includes table, form, and report designers. In addition, you receive 100 xmlports and 100 codeunits.

so:
10 tables
100 forms
100 reports
100 xmlports
100 codeunits

In most cases, you need to request the object ranges for codeunits when you place orders.

Great. That's exactly what I needed to know. The price list was a little confusing.
