Error in modification of existing report

hi all,

I want to modify the existing report - Purchase book VAT(16538). In that report, I have changed the "Base" label to "Item category code" and the values for that 'Item category code" will be hard coded as "B". While hard coding it as "B", i mean while creating the label as "B" in the report section designer, system is showing this error.


Error: The control property 'DatasetFieldName' value 'Base Caption' already used.


If I delete the existing control in the report section designer and if i want to add a new control in the section, it is showing an error.

Error: Error while validating RDL content:
An error occured while during local report processing.
The definition of the report 'Main report' is invalid.

check whether any two controls in the section designer having same DatasetFieldName as "Base caption".
you can find the DatasetFieldName in the property window of each control in the section.

Hi there,

I'm having the same issue here with Report 10021, Trial Balance Detail/Summary.

Runs fine in Classic but tanks in RTC.
