Job Queue Processes form is running - JOBQUEUE 5.0

Hello,
I have a db where, on the form Job Queue Processes [ Under Application -> Setup -> Job Scheduler], there is always a job scheduled with flag process is running = true, since 11.04.08 12:00.
I want to know how to stop this job (not executing) and erase all the list of these jobs to restart with a clean situation. Is that possible?
There is no fuctions for that? Explanation of this form?
Do I have to delete/modify data directly in tables?
