sharepoint client for NAV.

I saw the requirements for SharePoint Server 2010. A couple of interesting points are that it will be 64-bit only, on 64-bit Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2, and it will require 64-bit SQL Server 2005 or SQL Server 2008.
Based on Statement of direction NAV SharePoint client will be released for next version in 2010-2011.
From the posts in here the reason NAV service tier isn't 64 bit is because of some components of service tier are still in unmanaged code.
Based on SOD NAV will be fully in .NET runtime in NAV "8".
So the question is will the Sharepoint client work in 64 bit and service tier will work in 32 bits? Or is MS being too optimistic again?

Why wouldn't it?
Moving server components to 64 bit only makes good sense.David Singleton0 -
One part of the SOD talks about Native DB and that it will not be supported. May be it will be connected with the step, when the unmanaged code will be changed to be 64 bit compatible, but it is just an guess... :-k0

But it's not an easy task. That is why it's being postponed till version 8
