Hello all,

I need to come up w/the following date formula(s)...I'm having problems w/this, once I have the examples I can do the rest:

1st business day of the month starting 6/1/09 (should be 6/1/09)

2nd business day of the month starting 6/1/09 (should be 6/209)

And...

1st business day af the SECOND month starting 6/1/09 (the day should be 7/1/09)

And...

1st business day of the THIRD month starting 6/1/09 (the day should be 8/3/09)

I've tried and failed, if this is immpossible please let me know. Thanks! Chris

You cannot use date formulas to search for "business days". Because which day is business day? Answer: it depends on the defined calendar, and thus no date formula can be done because CALCDATE knows nothing about your work calendar etc. You need to use function regarding the work calendar to find the date. You can only use date formula to get next month date from another date, date of first day of the week etc.
