an implementation/support partner for Navision 3.1.
We happened to be customer no. 1 for our consultant and needless to say, we don't get the best support that we ought to get. Because of this, either the IT group gets blamed (ok, we agreed to buy the product, though under duress) or the product itself gets blamed. But the bulk of our problem come from selecting a novice implementation partner. We don't really have a choice in this because when we started 2 years ago, it was the only one in our country.
We would appreciate a recommendation from a partner that you guys have experience with. Since we are in Philippines, I hope you can give one from Singapore, or better yet, Philippines also. I have already called Microsoft's local office but I'm still waiting for a return call from them. Meanwhile, I'm also getting help from here, just to increase my options because I get the feeling that our partner is the only one "competent" enough in this country.
Thanks.

Your problem can solved like this:
You appoint a Senior navision consultant from your side on a contract assignment ans get the things done thru the partner, the person from your side will be able to understand the problem better now.
May be it is a way out
thanks
