Instore Header Status Message

How do I resolve the following error messages: When I look at Instore Mgmt/Periodic Activities/Batch Process Errors I have transactions that can't be processed. When I do try to process them I get the following messages.

    This looks like LS Retail Addon.
    I suggest to contact your Solution Center.

    LS retail has a lot added features, but half of them are in unfinished state and the code has never been polished.
    I would also not touch Data Director with a 10 foot pole.

    You have tried to replicate the header more than once before, that is the reason you get the message.

    Run the Instore Header status and delete that line. Run again the operation.
