Error when setting up NAV 2009

I am trying to set up NAV 2009 in a test environment (we use NAV 4 SP3 in live). I get the following message when clicking the NAV icon after installation:

'your upgrade program for Microsoft dynamics nav classic has expired'

I can't even change the license file from Cronus...any ideas?

It looks like your license needs to be updated. MS does some times make mistakes.
