he selected xml file contains data sent to IC Partner ICP100

I have a very peculiar issue and would gr8ly appreciate some help on it..
I have 2 companies
Company A ---> parent Company
Company B ----> Subsidiary Company

Now i have setup Company B as a partner in Company A and assigned a code IC40
In Company B i have similarly assigned a code for Company A which is IC1001

Chart of accounts and dimensions are all setup in both the companies.

Further i created a Vendor IC40 in Company A and
similarly created a Customer IC1001 in Company B.

next i created a sales invoice in Company B with the following info :
HEADER

Sell to customer no : IC1001

LINES

---

Type No. IC Partner Ref. Type IC Partner Reference Quantity Unit Price LineAmount
G/L Account 6710 G/L Account 8320 10 20.00 200.00

After posting this i went to the outbox in Company B and firstly Sent Line For Action and then did Complete Line actions (result being that the line vanished from outbox and could be seen in Handled Outbox Transactions.

Now i opened up Company A and tried to import the XML file which got created to update the inbox but i get the following error message

"The selected xml file contains data sent to IC Partner ICP1001. current company's ICP code is ICP01"
