Sales shipment error

Hi
I get following error when i try to post the sales shipment "Your cannont post there lines because you have not entered quantity in one or more lines". Quantity has been entered , and also there exist only one line both in order and shipment screen, Filtering also removed, there is no more than one line in the shipment as well as in order.. Kindly suggest a solution.
