No, NAV 2009 works only with SQL in 3 tiered environment.

If i want to post a single transaction in navision at the end of the day. how can i fly the same transaction in the oracle database.
Is there any realtime solution for this?

Search for ADO. You can use ADO to connect to Oracle db and post the transactions.
