connect Financials 2.60 with Active Directory

I have connected Navision Financials with Active Directory. Run OK if the ID Pre-Windows User is 10 char.s long.
In Navision...
In table 2000000002 User, the User ID field is 10 char.s long.
In table 2000000003 Member of, the User ID field is 10 char.s long.
In table 91 User Setup, the User ID field is 10 char.s long.
In Windows I have users are more 10 char.s long. And I do not want to change the ID Pre-Windows.
Need help!!!!
