Form linked to pdf documents

I’ve just designed a form linked to a pdf document with the original data. There is a different pdf for each record. I have done so using automation calls upon Acrobat (so I can zoom in the document) and then resize and relocate the Acrobats’ window by means of a dll I've written in vb.net (calling, among others, the SetWindowPos function of user32.dll). This allows me, in theory, to keep the window on top. If I call such a dll from Excel or Access I succeed keeping the Acrobat window always on top. But, it is not the case in Dynamics. As soon as I click on the form, in order to review the data, the Acrobat’s Window got minimized (in fact Navision gets on top). I need to have always Acrobat on top.
Any ideas of how can I do it?
