New Web Request Template

Hi Dear All,
My EP is working fine but i want to add new web part request. As I am adding Payment Journal i am facing the below mention Error. I already created The Tab In That But i am facing the error Can Anyone give me any document how can we Add new Web Request.And How can we Add web table caption actions....

Navision error (10500): No tabs have been defined for EP Web Part Request VOUCHERCARD.
