Confirmation for using outlook while logging the segment

Hi,

Could anyone help with the following.
I have created a Segment with several contacts.
The Segment is coupled to an Interaction Template which is intended for mailing by means of Outlook.
When I log this segment the system (I think that Outlook gives the message, but I am not sure) promt with a dialog for each Segment Line that needs user's confirmation in order to be able to proceed.

How can I disable this pretty irritating and not user friendly functionality?
