Hello experts
I have managed to install second service tier and a web service, but when I test it in the internet explorer I get the error message :"HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable."
The first service tier works fine.
I have used Freddy's blog and his .BAT files as guidance.
I can not find out what went wrong.
All help appreciated

Thanks for using my .bat files - btw. they enable the port sharing automatically.
The error below looks like you don't have the right license file uploaded to the database in the second service tier.Freddy Kristiansen

I tried installing 2 server instances using standard methods, I am sucessfull in opening multiple DB using RTC, but I find the web services functioning fine in first instance but "HTTP error503 service not avaialbe" in second instance
The license seems to be fine, port sharing is enabled. anything more needs to checked0
