NAV VAT Deferment

Hi,
I am facing the below issue for one my customer.
I have configured VAT Fixed Asset (boolean is true) for Capital Item deferment and defined the deferment period in state. But I am not able to specify the % of deferment for current and subsequent years. In indian scenario for capital asset we need to take an input of 50% for first year and balance 25% in next two years. I have not able to find the solution for this.
Could anyone please help me on the above scenario.
