Hi Masters,

In Navision we have lot of reports in each module.

I agree each report is very important.

But what I would like to know what are main reports to show at demo level.

Regarding Finance, purchase, sales, inventory , manufacturing.

I think every company will maintain some common reports .

So please let me know that reports .

Share your valuable experience about these main reports.

Get to know about ur client first if they are not in manufacturing then u wont display them any report related to BOM right. So know ur client u will get the question and then u can see in online help what reports are there module wise and what there use are.

I know there is F1 , it tells about the report use.
You did not understand what I am asking & expecting from Experts .
What I want to know is , just what are the main reports to show at demo level.
Already seniors & experts knows very well about which are best & main reports should show at demo level.
Just point out module wise . atleast 5 – 6 reports .

If the company is not a manufacturing one, then it basically needs reports on Purchases, Sales and Inventory, out of which one can manage purchases and sales, inventory tends to be a concern in Indian scenario.
I always prefer to have some demo data, including global dimensions for a demo.
Whenever the question of reporting arise, i export the analysis by dimensions to excel, and just play around with pivot.
Majority of prospects queries are answered with these pivots.
