Regarding to Navision Upgradtion

Hello,
I am trying to upgrade Navision 4.0 sp3 to Navision 2009. And I followed this steps :
1) I export all object as .txt file of Nav 4.0 of Client and Nav 4.0 standard and Nav 2009 standard.
2) After that I made a new database of Nav 2009 and import “DevTool” file in this and after this I make company name.
3) Now I import all txt file in Navision Development toolkit and just push the button of merge setup and I get error this one
