Shipping Charge Markups

I have an EDI trading partner who is requiring us to add a handling charge on each of their orders. I was looking at the shipping charge markup, but have not been successful. This TP is also a third party freight customer. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I am able to understand your query, you want to add some charges to the order, which can be done using charge structures.
If not this, could you please explain in detail what you require???
