Error Businiss notification Subscribe‏

Dear All,

I have a problem about business notification cannot sending E-mail.
because Support Admin change window server password, I try to fixed the problem by run "asp_setreg.exe" and change password in service (follow by manual) but when I open Business notification and connect server then error

"The program cannot connect to the server BNSERVER. The server might run under an account which is no longer valid or the web configuration file might be corrupted. Please contact your system administrator"

So I try to check notification subscribe by type
[url=http://]http://[/url]<servername>/businessnotificationsubscribe then Page show Error

Parser Error Message: Error reading the password from the registry.

I use navision 4.0 SP1 ,Business notification

any suggestion, Please Help
