ShortCutKey and TIF Editor

I have a defined a ShortCutKey "Shift+F5" for a menu button item and when I transform this form to a page the ShortCutKey in the RTC is Shift+Ctrl+C.
I know that i can change this in the page itself but is there a way of defining the ShortCutKey that will be used in the RTC prior to running the Transformation process?
