Hi
I am trying to get the scanned images of Orders by invoking HP scanner. I am using Kodak Image Scan Control for that. It detects scanner and when "startscan" method is invoked it gives error "Can not scan due to missing or incorrect version of 32 bit TWAIN Software". I have reloaded Drivers. Still unable to find a solution.
