visual scheduler (dispacher) in Navision

I would like to assign tasks to resources in service management area, visually. Ideally, I should see Outlook type of canlendar on top. On the bottom, I should have a list of open tasks. I can drap and drop the open task to calendar to assign tasks.

Have anyone done anything like this before, within Navision, or call external program, just like what see in Production Scheduling in manufacturing module.
