NAV with Outlook Express

Hi Guys

I am wondering whether Outlook Express 6 is compatible with NAV (4.0 SP3).

We are using Service Module, where we had setup job scheduler to run CU5918 and CU5917 to check response time of service oder and then send out e-mail in the service e-mail queue.

This is working perfectly fine if we use Microsoft Outlook. But in Outlook Express it's not working correctly. The status of the e-mail in service e-mail queue will be changed to "Error" instead of "Processed" and there are not e-mails sent out via Outlook Express.

Any advice? Thanks in advance!
