Greetings,

I have 2 questions and hope that any guru out here can answer my below question:

1) Can we have multi language data entry in Navision? E.g. Enter English Name and Chinese Name in Name1 and Name2?
2) Can Nav CRM phone dailer feature link up with CISCO telephony system?

Thanks very much in advance.

ad 1) NAV is not unicode and it means it can use only the basic chars. Yes, there are Doublebyte char extensions, but I am not sure how it works and if it means that basic ASCII and extended characters can be stored in one DB...
