FORMAT Function help

Hi Folks -

On a report section i have Decimal field as a text box and i am trying to print the following for example

$220.22

I need to print the $ sign along with 2 decimal places. I tried using the FORMAT function and i loose the 2 decimal places with $ sign.

Does anyone know the FORMAT function wherein i can show the $ sign and retain the 2 decimai places.

Ok try this - There is a proprty called FORMAT on the field!!

Format -> $<Integer Thousand><Decimals><Sign,1>


Or whatever Sign you need..in thies example we used ($)
