Can i sell the JOB in navision

Hi,

Can u sell the JOB in Navision ?

example : one customer assigned one work to us , for this both we had a discussion and finilised the JOb price = 40000/-

that means customer is ready to purchase the JOB at the rate of 40000/-( customer does not need how many persons worked, how many items used ....)

. so how to sell the JOB.

In navision there is no scope to sell the job using sales invoice ( it has the options resource only , it does not have job .)

how to do this .

You can sell Resource as service, or you can sell directly to some G/L Account...

I am working on Nav 4.0 sp3.

Is it possible to sell the JOB to customer , what I created .
Just I want job name only in sales invoice.
Customer does not need who is persons, what re titems….

Please let me know.

NO, you cannot sell JOB, but you can sell Resource or directly to the G/L Account. Text is on you, if you will write into the line:

G/L Account - MyGLAccountNo - We are invoicing you the Job No. XXXX

In other words, use the G/L account description with your Job Name, and invoice. Use description as desired in the blank line, or use the comments.
