Hi friends,
I am working on Navision .
Under microsoft dynamics we have
1 . Axapta
2. Navision
3. CRM ....
I know the what is the difference between Navision and Axapta .
i know what type of companies will use the Navision and Axapta .
But i am not able to understand what is the USE of CRM of Microsofte Dynamics .
generally what type of companies will use the CRM of Mircrosft Dynamics.

CRM as a title could be seen as the same as ERP, there are many CRM packages performing different fucntions to different levels - you will note within NAV and AX there are CRM elements, these are not MS CRM which is a more advanced stand alone piece of software.
