Best report for Vendor balance, customer balance.

Hi,

In navision we have some reports to know the vendor balances , customer balnces.

but i would like to know the which is the best report to know the vendor balances, customer balnces.


please share your valucbale experience about this .

You can use Vendor/Customer Trial Balance Report

I gone through the report , but it contains values in two formates .

1. Period

2. Fiscal year to date.

could u explain what is the difference between these two.

The period is the date filter you define to run the report.

The fiscal year is the current financial year.

I also like the vendor summary aging, vendor list, vendor detail aging, but ultimately on a one vendor requirement I look on the item card. The best report really depends what you want, and the truly best report is the one that gives you exactly what you want (so you modify a standard one slightly).
