error when setting different Webserviceport

Hello,

When installing NAV2009 at the standard way, the webservice is using port 7047. This is working good.
Now I want to set the webservice port to another value, 7060 for example.
I changed the value of WebServicePort in the file CustomSettings.config and restarted the service. A message occures which tells me the service is started and stopped again.
The event viewer tells the service MicrosoftDynamicsNavWS can't be started.
HTTP can't register the URL http://+:7060/DynamicsNAV/. Your process doesn't have premissions for this name space.

How can I change the webservice port and make it work?

If you look on web for the exact error message, you will find out the command you need to use to enable this (there is different command for Vista and for XP).
